WAN WebAdmin doesn't work

Hello all,

Very odd behavior. I want to be able to administer both of our Astaro boxes from their WAN IP address using https://WANaddress:4444 .  In Management -> WebAdmin, I enabled Any under Allowed Networks on both boxes.

On one, it works fine.  On the other, it simply doesn't.  The browser times out.

On the box that doesn't work via the external IP, it does work (1) using the LAN IP address, or (2) using the WAN address from inside the LAN.  I enabled SSH admin and that works from the WAN.

Any thoughts?

Is the outside client going through some sort of proxy? Does it have access to port 4444?

Cannot think of any other reason this should not work.

The problem may be further out than the Astaro. Plug a laptop directly into your external port on the box, mimic your external address and try it out.
