what 's " netlink error "

my Astaro v7.   and in this time
I can't access to my website. I'll login to my Astaro  and found this log mesg
I don't know It mean link?  
I'm test down the interface NAT of my server  and up again
wait about 5 min. my web can access  

but  the log message still show

    I have new information in this problem

    In last night this problem again.  and I see dmesg from my wwwserver (192.168.x.2)
    I see this message

    bce0: link state changed to UP
    arp: 192.168.x.1 moved from 00:19:b9:f0:fc:15 to 00:19:b9:f0:fc:17 on bce0
    arp: 192.168.x.1 moved from 00:19:b9:f0:fc:17 to 00:19:b9:f0:fc:15 on bce0


    ( 192.168.x.1 is IP FW astaro interface )
    I don't change any IP in my policy . 
    why it change IP Itself  ??
