HELP - I re-did my IP's and now over my Licensing

I needed to move some of my home machines from DHCP to static. Now Astaro shows me over my licensing limit. I tried restarting Astaro but all IPs came back and I still show over my limit even though some of the IP's are not being used anymore. The machines that got re-IPed are now no longer allowed out because they are outside of the license and the IP's that are no longer used are still in the accepted list.

How do I get the un-used IP's out so the ones being used are now accepted??

Have you tried doing a license reset?

There's not a license reset option in Version 7.

I guess I should mention I am using 7.011 and I can find no license reset.

It's been almost a week and I am still unable to keep my machines at the IP addrss I need them at due to the fact my license will be over the IP limit. Is there no solution to this...

I would normally start a ticket for this; I guess you're running a home license and can't do that. One way (I think) would be to backup your configuration, run a factory reset (from Webadmin), then restore the configuration. I think the factory reset would clear the licensing DB (it should). To make it fast, copy an unencrypted copy of your config file to a usb stick, plug it into the unit while it is powered off (after the factory reset), then power it on; it should automatically import that configuration and run. I would leave the client machines off or disconnected while you change the configuration to match what your goal is.
