We're disgruntled Novell customers who want to keep using Astaro. We've been locked into NSM at v6.303, which is analagous to ASL v6.303 I believe. I'd hate to re-enter all of the packet filter and proxy exceptions we have in place.
Additionally, we're having problems communicating to the sales rep assigned to us from Astaro - he doesn't seem to understand that NSM and ASL are the same.
Any advice on how we can 1) upgrade - seamlessly or otherwise, and 2) ask for the right thing from sales, would be very much appreciated.
