Secure Email and Web license expiry

I am getting notifications of secure email and secure web licenses expiring at the end of the month.
the notification says:-

Contact your Astaro Solutions Partner or Astaro (http://www.astaro.com)
immediately to renew your license.

I have checked the Astaro web page but cannot find a link to renew these licenses. In previous years I have renewed them through "leanshop" but this is not currently accessible.

Any suggestions?

    Is this a home-use license?

    If yes, you don't need to purchase the subscriptions any more, we added them to the home use license for free!

    Just go to my.astaro.com and get a new v7 homeuse license.
