ASG V7: SO and S1 respawning too fast error.

All:

I have had this error after two consecutive reboots, 18-Oct (4:00 AM) and 18-Oct. (9:30 PM)

INIT: Id "S0" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
INIT: Id "S1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
INIT: Id "S0" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
INIT: Id "S1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
....
These error messages just repeat every 5 minutes for each line.

This completely locks V7.  No DNS, Web proxy, DCHP, etc.  I cannot use webadmin, loginuser (via ssh), or even root (via attached keyboard) to connect to the box after this happens.  I believe this started after I upgraded from 7.009 to 7.010, and then to 7.011.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

    On my console I see those errors, too

    mgetty FATAL:yS0 cannot get TIO
    mg_init_device_failed
    yS0 cannot get terminal line dev=ttyS0
    exciting
    INIT Id "D0" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

    As I don't want to connect through serial devices, I would like to stop that automatism some way
