Is there a way to view/print the abf backup file?

I looks like it's mostly text with a few chunks of null thrown around for good measure. Is there an easy way to view/print these file?

    Which version of ASL?
    Before version 7, the files are BZip2 TAR files.
    You can extract them with bunzip and tar, or various GUI progams (maybe WinZIP).

    Not sure what version 7 uses, but it is definitely different.
