I have a failed ASG 220 for which, I filled the RMA form and obtained a RMA case number. Since then I'm trying to get in touch with the customer servicesin order to obtain the RMA return address. If somebody has already RMA an astaro equipment, I will be gratefull to receive any information that could help me get the return address for RMA. Thank you.
