High CPU Load syscall.pl

Would someone be able to tell me what culprits to look for that are causing my cpu load showing 90+ % for a large amount of the time by var/wfe/syscall.pl

Also what would be the best way to look at what ip packets are passing through a certain interface. I have at times at times a large interface use that I would like to see where its coming from.

I'm using v6.311

    ASL6 can do some nice network traffic accounting each night that might help you.

    Otherwise, for looking at LIVE traffic:
    tcpdump should be available on the Astaro console/command-line.

    TEthereal/TShark would be even better. Search these forums for where to get a static binary of TEthereal.

    Another option is to install IPTraf, if you don't mind that it might void your support. Search these forums for a how-to.
