Enhancement Request - Port and Protocol Definitions

I would like the definition of a port and protocol to NOT lock in the initial choice of TCP or UDP or Both.  I would like to be able to change this if I discover I was mistaken and I need Both when I initially only passed one or the other.  Thank you.

    IMO, this isn't an enhancement, it's a bug/regression in v7 (just tested on 7.007)!

    You used to be able to change the the protocol in v6 whenever you wanted.

    Astaro, please add this functionality back to v7!
