[7.006] SNMP Daemon chewing 20MB Mem even though its disabled in webadmin!

Taking a look at my process list I noticed that the SNMP daemon is running and chewing 4 - 6 % of memory. However I have disabled SNMP on the firewall webadmin. Why is it still running. I not using it at all?
