ASTARO 220 frozen

I have an astaro 220, and during one month I have not had problems, but yesterday, the astaro was frozen, suddenly, the equipment didn't allow to navigate on internet, even having the rules and the whole correct setup, I made many tests to discard the possibility that it was the internet supplier, i was checking the rules and I even made a reset of it manufactures, and restore a backup, but same continuous this way until the astaro supplier lends myself a equipment 320, until the moment i don't know what wrone. [:@] 

Somebody had listened of a similar problem [:S] [:S]

    I'd look at power. Electricity. When servers and firewalls freeze like that without explanation, that's the first place I look. A power surge may have caused the device to freeze. 

    you have it on a UPS and/or power line conditioner?
