Access To Webadmin with ASG220

I cannot get access to the webadmin, after I have installed the ASG220.  I can ping the interface but when enter the ip in a browser I get the "Cannot find server or DNS error".  I found a document on the KB but when trying the suggestions it came to no avail.  Does anyone have any ideas that could possibly help.

    This is the wrong section for your question (this one is for another Astaro product, the Astaro command Center), but:  if you are running Version 7, try adding a ":4444" to the url in your web browser, as in (assuming the default IP of 192.168.0.1)  https://192.168.0.1:4444
