Executive Report - No Change

Hi Folks

I have 2 ASG425 appliances running in High Availability Mode on v7.005

I have noticed that the executive report that is mailed out each night is not changing, and also the dashboard, email and web stats are not changing

Anybody have any ideas?

    It is very unlikely that _nothing_ is changing. Please check again if it's either:
    - the images (in the executive report and/or WebAdmin)
    - the "live" bandwidth data in the dashboard
    - the "totals" in the dashboard
    - the "inline" reports (textual data) for Web Security/Email Security

    Most of the times when reporting data is not updating, the reason for it is a timewarp (i.e. the date on the machine was set to a time in the past, so data won't update because it's not new enough).

    It seems to be the image on the dashboard that has not changed as well as the executive report for the past few days.
    I have checked the time / date settings on the appliance and that is set to europe / london as should be.

    I do happen to have the exact same problem, The Dashboard and the daily executive report have certains constant values. The time is right, the pattern version is fixed at 4369, resource usage is showing the correct values, the Todays threat status has'nt change since the update to 7.009 (on which a swap of node occur - I'm running HA).
    On the Daily Report, Network usage is at 0, and Network Security has fixed values ...
    Any directive to follow ?
