I can use either AD or Radius authentication to allow a user to open a Client Portal, set by using relevant User Groups linked to the Backend Authentication systems. Works OK.
I am trying to us the same method to allow users to download the SSL client, but the tab shows "Unfortunalety (sic) this remote access method is not configured for you".
I have placed the user group 'AD Users', which I use to allow the user to run the Client Portal in the Remote Access >> SSL page's User and Groups box.
If I put the user's ID, which has been autocreated by Astaro following the login, in the box the SSL tab will show the downloads.
I am trying to use the AD Group so I don't have to go into the Astaro to maintain users, but do it all from AD.
