Backup process from ver 6 to vers 7 Status

Hi all,

I know this has been asked in the past. It was mentioned a new update of patch would be available to allow backup from 6 to be run on version 7.

End of May was the time frame for having this ready. Has anyone heard anything more on this? I am keen to move to 7 but need to restore all my settings from a 6 build first..

I would not be in such a rush to upgrade to v7, there are still a good number of issues with it.

But yes, you are correct, there has been no new word on the v6 to v7 migration process.

The last official word from Astaro was Mid-June for the upgrade kit.

I agree with Drees that waiting is not such a bad idea until V 7.XX is a little more mature.
