I have an eval. ASG120 box with V7 software. I have had issues uploading the license file, the one from the website was an invalid file, so I spoke with a sales rep. that makes the license files himself and he made me a temp. evaluation license specifically for my gateway and the file uploads..says its connecting and then brings me back to the WebAdmin login screen. After I log in for the 2nd. attempt, it still says my license file is expired. Any suggestions? Contacting support has failed for the last 4 attempts..
