Bug in v7 with Deleting Users

I am running v7.003.
Create a new user with Local Authentication.
Delete the user.
Try to Create that same user, you get the following error:
"An item with that name already exists, please use a different name"

Can anyone verify or find a work around.

    Go into Certificate Management, and delete the certificate associated with the user you are trying to recreate.  I've reported this to Astaro quite a while ago.
