[V7.003] e-mail scanning for IMAP(S) ?

Hi all,

I was just wondering, POP3 & SMTP Proxy is built in for spam & virusscanning. But I also use IMAP(S) on a remote server. Is there a way to scan the e-mails when I open them on the remote server? Or is this just technically not possible ? Also Smarthost isn't supporting SMTPS, am I right?

    There currently is not an IMAP proxy in Astaro, so no, it won't scan that content... although the IPS will protect an internal IMAP server, but that's not the same as anti-spam and anti-virus.  And, I don't think the SMTP Proxy supports SSL either, though it does support TLS encryption.
