Latency or Bottleneck issue

Ok..We have a Dual Quad core Xeon Procs running at 2.6ghz with 4 gig of ram and dual x2 Intel Gigabit NICs. We are using a Full bandwidth T1 with 1.5mbps up and down.

When behind Astaro v7, the best I can get 300kbps down and 1.5mbps up. I am bypassing the HTTP proxy going straight out thru packet filters. When set outside Astaro, I get full throughput. 

QOS is not on. Whats the deal? Why cant I get full throughput on the download? 

Anyone Experience this?

    to simplify things, I have disabled everything and am only accessing the internet via packet filter.

    Also, on the dashboard, it shows the Http proxy as active, but it is disabled when I go into it. 

    I really hope they are going to issue an update for ver 7.002. Its still buggy.
