VPN-Tunnels blocked due to Licensing?

Hello Community,

we have a severe problem with site-to-site connections since upgrading to V7.
Established VPN-tunnels stop working after a while without any (obvious) errors. All light are still green and everything seems fine. Still, no traffic passes the tunnel.
We just reached the 10 user limit. Could this problem be related to Licensing?
Maybe ASG blocks out the remote VPN-Endpoint as it counts like a "normal" user?
What else can I do to troubleshoot the issue? Is there any way to see which IPs get served/blocked?

    I think it is not licence problem .. i have a v7.02 to v6.302 tunnel and my licence count ist still at one. from time to time, when i do nothing for a while, then the tunnel breaks down .. the light is still green but there is no traffic passing the tunnel. i have to close and reopen the tunnel and then it work's fine again. 
    this happens since i work with v7 on my side, with v6.303 before there was no such problem.
