Looking for Config parser

Does anyone here know of a program that can parse V6 config backups and turn them into something human readable? Would be very handy for documentation purposes or for anyone trying to go from V6 to V7.

Assuming you haven't set them to be encrypted, they are BZip2 Tar files.
(a command-line bunzip2 will convert to tar)

Dunno if winzip or whatever can do bzip or not.
