I have a few quick Astaro Security Gateway (v.6) general security questions:
1) The system has been up and running on our internal network here at FFI but when reading the Executive Report, we noticed that only 22 emails have been processed yesterday. We are sure that at least 200+ emails a day are sent out and received within an 8-hour day and were curious as to why the Astaro detects so few?

How can we check (make sure) that all incoming and outgoing emails are scanned for Virus activity and SPAM content?

If the SMTP is not configured, what's the easiest and most efficient way to do so. (FYI we are using 1and1.com as our email provider, we do not host email IN HOUSE)
