unfortunately I have to make a H/W Reset via cmd line (Astaro 120). To do so I tried "/etc/init.d/factoryreset start" as authed root. The result is an error:

I have no possibility to enter the WebAdmin, due to misconfig.
My first Support case is unanswered since a lot more then 4hours - Please help me [:)]
