7.001 Additional Adresses Problem.

Hi,

Astaro 7.001 Additional Address problem.

I tried to deleted one interface that had one Additional Address on it.
After that I can not do the following:

1: Add or edit the Additional Addresses on any interface.
IE error:
Line: 721
Char: 3
Error: "ref" is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: https://IP[[:P]]ORT

2: Delete the interface.(after reload of page, logout/in or reboot it is still there)

Under Network-Definitions it shows as:

Internal [temp] (Address) 0.0.0.0

Address of alias "temp" on interface "Internal".

Any hint on where the setting is so I can delete in from the console ?

ASL: P4 +3.0ghz 4 NIC 1gb RAM running ASL 7.001.
Clients: Multi Browser and platform tested.

I think you may need to log a real support call, or rebuild.
You can probably edit the config via SSH but not really recommended for the network interfaces themselves [:)]

Hi Goran Karlsson,

did you change the settings of the interface in 7.000 before you tried to delete it?

Looks like you run into "5574 Additional interface menu not reachable after editing primary interface".

Please contact me via PM, because there isn't the config which can be edited via commanline...

Hi Markus,

Yes I did change the settings on the interface before I upgraded to 7.001.
I did a "factory reset" and it fixed the settings for me.

Hi Goran Karlsson,

factoryreset is also a (hard) "solution" - i had a smarter one,
but thx for posting the final state.
