no HTTP proxy with Home-user-license under v7 ???

Hey,

I just wanted to activate the HTTP proxy on a fresh installed v7 and it said this is not available in home-user license.
This is a joke, isn't it ????

    Have you installed a v6 licence or using a new v7?

    Yep, I'm guessing that perhaps Michael isn't using a new V7 license, the proxy should work for home users in V7.

    For Proxy services to work you require subscription to both WEB and Email ... this is INCLUDED in the V7 home licence for no extra cost - this was 54 euros option in V6

    Please... How we can obtain a new V7 license???... in my.astaro.org I can only obtain a license for the v6... and when I use this in ASG v7 I haven't the proxy http activated!!!

    I have the same problem, I have one power user license and one home license in my.astaro.com. They're both ver 6 licenses and there seems to be NO way to create new v7 license or upgrade old ones. I'd rather not create a new account in my.astaro.com using hotmail or some other temporary email...

    I tested V7 in VMWare with my V6 home user license.  HTTP Proxy, with caching, is working, shows up working in the Admin Console, and I am using it to post this message (Proxy chained to my BETA7 which is connected to the Internet).

    Oops, my bad. Both of my licenses are for version 5.0. They work fine in V6 though.

    When I transferred my v6 to v7 license, HTTP proxy was working initially. (Well unsure but the lil green light was on).

    Disabling and re-enabling it however... When I tried to re-enable it told me I was not licensed and could not activate it again [:(]

    with my v5 licence the websec is disabled so i had to go the not very elegant register a new user to get a v7 key. with this key i had a renew option which i clicked four times then it disappeared. strange things happen with these keys...
