Home Licence Discussion

Hello Folks,

i dont understand the discussion about the "Home Licence".

First: its free!!!!
second: you have now Anti Virus, Anti Spam und more Protection!!!!
third: 10 IPs at home, for Free, shoud be enough, dont you think.

after all: it is a "HOME USER Licence", if you need more => buy yourself one, no Problem.

Protection is more importent, then unlimited Filesharing.

That what i think.

    However - it won't work for me with the new rules so I shall have to look elsewhere. Can anyone suggest a FW that can have two external interfaces with policy based routing, SMTP Proxy with AV & Antispam (like Astaro) even if I have to pay for them (within reason)......

    Astaro is it that I know of unless you want to pay big $$$ for it. At which point you might as well pay for Astaro.

    Of course, you can always roll your own, that takes some work.
