v7 Date/Time.

Setting the time in webmin still appears to hang the webmin interface.
I changed the time back from 23:21 to 16:21

Sorry, my mistake.  It does work, but the system took a good 30-60 seconds or so to respond....

    The system needs up to 30 seconds to detect a timewarp, and a couple of seconds to remedy the situation. Since timewarp effects will not show up that often, we thought 30 seconds would be an appropriate timeout.
