Uable to buy the Subscription Bundle online

When trying to purchase the “Home User Subscription Bundle” for v6X I need to register as a new user at: 

https://www.leanshop.de/start/astaro/ 

However the site keeps coming back and saying I have not entered one of the fields correctly please try again. Has anyone had this issue, is the site looking for a specific format that I am not adhering to? If anyone knows the answer please let know. Thanks.

    Can you post a screenshot?  Just saying that one of the fields isn't much help.

    And you should wait until v7 is released (hopefully soon).  Gert said that the Home v7 license will include some new goodies.

    Here is what I get:

    After selecting the v6 home user bundle and clicking the order button I get this login screen:

    See reg1.jpg in attached zip file. 

    Filling in sample information here with the password set to “user” I get the following screen when I click continue:

    This is the same screen I get when I enter real user information on register screen. 

    I am using Windows XP with IE 7, I am going to try it next with a machine that has an IE 6 browser, to see if it’s a browser issue. 

    I would hope that I would be able to do a free update to my license to go from ASG 6 to ASG 7; but you are right, I should probably wait until 7 is released and then buy.

    I have the same problem!! 

    I have tried it in IE7, IE6 and Firefox, no one works!!! : (

    Please, somebody can tell us which is the problem?

    Hi there all, 

    The bad news are, the bundle is no longer available.

    The good news are, we give away the same functionality for free.

    This means the new ASG V7 home use license includes Email Filtering, Web Filtering and Email Encryption absolutly free for non-commercial use.

    I am actually wondering when they will allow us to get the new v7 license also. Unfortunately my spam/virus filter license expires Jan 25th, so I am screwed either way since you can not renew under v6 and v7 licensing is not available yet.

    The problem is that when I try to obtain a new license I give it for the v6 and without antivirus protection neither web protection (only have the spam protection)

    How we can obtain the license with antivirus and protection Web that as it seems is going to have the news licenses for the v7

    yes , and recive only  1000 curent connection! not like before 32.000! this is only 3 %! [:@]
