Can you draw us a picture?

If its LAN-Astaro-Router then I dont see why you cant access Astaro from the LAN directly?

I have a DSL line going into my modem / router, which is setup in bridging mode.  The internal IP of the modem is 192.168.0.1.
 
The modem / router goes into my ASG 220 to a untrusted port the external IP is 209.20.138.*** - 209.20.138.*** and the internal IP is 192.168.254.1.
 
What I want to do is to be able to access the modems GUI (192.168.0.1) from within the LAN (192.168.254.1).

You would need to setup an additional network address on your public interface, with say 192.168.0.10. Then you would need a SNAT, to say FROM internal network, TO router, change to additional address.

Ahh OK...

This is not easily possible.  I have not been able to do it myself.  You may be able to do something with a VLAN.

Generally, I just pull the modem and attach a laptop when I need access to the GUI.

Just configure a static route in your astaro for 192.168.0.1.

Here is the way I did this:

1. Define a secondary IP address for the Internal network interface.
2. Create a SNAT rule as follows:
Source: Internal network
Destination: 
Service: HTTP
Change destination to: 

Then I just browse to the secondary address defined on the Internal network to access the web pages in the exteral router.
