Bandwidth Management

Dear Friends,

I wonder if the new ASL 7 has "Bandwidth Management over the MAC address".

i.e. I would like to assign specific users for max upload and download.

Don't think there will be a management down to the MAC layer. Thats more the job of a intelligent switch.

The Mikrotik firewall have many features, which is also a Linux software. It has Load Balancing and bandwidth management over user accounts.

Do you think that astaro can limit the traffic of an IP address or an authenticated username ?
