Yesterday we buy and received 2 Platinium maintenances keys, but we are not able to install it on our ASG appliances ( 110 and 320 ...)
I opened a ticket yesterday in the my.astaro portal, and after 4 hours i don't had a answer. So i sended 2 emails to the support, but it's always the same ... no answer from Astaro ...
The Platinium maintenance should give us 24/7 support, with maximum 4 hours delay, no ?
Is the Astaro support always so slow ?
