Hi,

is everybody happy with the purchased support contracts from Astaro? Could you give me some good and bad comments?

Every time I have needed to contact support, I haven't need to place a phone call. I opened a ticket online, and they called me very promptly when needed. Excellent support. Always took care of my problems or questions.
