Astaro Support Webpage issue

Hello,

I'm trying to submit a new support request to Astaro via the web and My Astaro account. I have a valid Gold support contract and licenses.

Whenever I submit the request, it always fails and responds back that I need to complete the license field. I did select the proper (and only) license from the drop down menu choice but it appears that the online support form is not currently working properly.

Has anyone else had this problem and without a support phone # to call, how can I get a support request submitted?
