Where can I find tcpdump for ASL.4-x?

Hi!

I'm still using an old ASL 4.x box and I really need a tcpdump working on it. I found, that it used to be distributed in so called "PlusPack" for it. Unfortunately all the links to it I'd found searching this board were not working anymore:
