Where do I find Astaro Configuration Manager?

The PDF referring how to configure site to site VPN needs the Astaro Configuration Manager - where do I find it? Or has it been superceded by the ACC? I need a separate PC to install that?

You don't need ACM to configure a site to site.. what PDF are you reading?
