I just run my existing version in a VMWare session, as my firewall HW has died and I can't get it fixed at the moment (needs new PSU and HDD) I didn't download the virtual appliance although I might do so when I get a chance [:P]
As of now we run 4 Gateways on VMWare ESX 2.5.3 patch1 and 2.5.2 on eight IBM x445 and x366 Servers. Until now all runs smoothly exept for the some (not all!!!) HA slaves going in a complete stall after 2 to 5 minutes without writing anything to console or logfiles. Aastaro support isn't very helpfull and has no clue for now. They told me to upgrade VMWare to the latest patch levetl first and hen they will debugg ;-) Running a farm of about 150 Server on top of the entire virtual Infrastructure this is not very quickly done :-(
