License for Astaro 5 not 6

I just got the free home user license, and it says that the license is for astaro 5, and I was wondering if that is intened? If not, will the license work with astaro 6?

The Version 5 License works fine with Version 6. Just install it and you'll see.

From what I understand the Home license will give out a maximum of 10 DHCP addresses.

The home license will only work for 10 IP addresses behind it.. after the 10th IP is "registered" in the license daemon, it quits accepting connections from clients other than the first 10 connected. The only way to use different IPs is to reset the license counter in WebAdmin, which triggers a reboot.

Yes, a V5 license will work in V6. Don't know about V7, as it has not been released yet.
