hi,
how do i restart a pppoe connection when astaro cannot create it new if the provider killed it? when i try the green button , it tells me that some NAT rules are using this interface, then i MUST change a setting in the iface seeting and then turn that setting back, and click 100times on the reload button, in hope that i will get a new-connect and a new ip from my provider.

whats the astaro way to solve that problem?

or the astaro community way ?

P.S.: is that sh** login action into the bulletin-board a "security" thing, or only one that one like me dont understand?
i must login to astaroaccount and then login to bullletin board again?

That's a "general" problem but you can calm down, there are two "workarounds" for your case.

1.) Search these forums for reducing the 15minutes timeout

2.) Someone has posted it but I can't find the exact post now: just change something in the interface settings (your PPPOE). It's enough to change your username for adsl connection, etc.

Astaro has built in this 15 minute timeout because there are many ISP's which block your connection after to many connection attempts.
