1) In global actions, I'd like to see an entry to delete all message delivery failure notifications. I get a ton of these, generated against non-existent accounts in my domain.
2) Under checked entries, I'd like to see the ability to force delivery (forward) to another account. This would be to assist misaddressed outgoing emails that get stuck in the queue. Many of our outgoing mails have attachments which obviously don't survive the raw data format a download in a zip affords. I would much prefer to forward back to the original sender or to another mailbox, so the address can be corrected and the email can be sent back on its' merry way.
