Musicmatch Jukebox Plus

I am unable to open up the Music Store. It says loading but never loads. When I click on log on, nothing happens??? June Dunaphant P.S. This is my first time using the bulletin board. I hope I am in the right place to ask this question. JD

1. Check your packet filter rules and make sure that any special services for Musicmatch are allowed.
2. Check your Intrustion Protection rules to make sure that it is not being blocked.
