What parts of Astaro are they claiming infringes? The press release is a little vague on this, because their patent seems to cover the usual "so obvious that everybody is doing it, but we claimed it is novel and got a patent so now all your income are belong to us" stuff.

These guys have to be kidding themselves. I can think of a bazillion services like this. Here we go again with a stupid lawsuit over obvious technology patents. Watch these 5 companies spend tens of thousands having this patent rescinded, but still having to pay penalties because they were infringing while the patent was valid, a la RIM/NTP.
