Features Request

Hello Friends,

I guess the below features may be helpful for astaro users:

1- For manual IP assignment, and to prevent people from changing their IP address, you can assign each MAC address an IP, so if the user change his IP he will not succeed.

2- Put a friend name for each IP, so

192.168.1.3  is  Alpha PC
192.168.1.4  is  Bravo PC

3- Bandwidth Management

    I guess you understood it wrongly Mr. Claus.

    1- Without running DHCP, I need to restrict client PC not to change its IP address.

    2- In the HTTP usage report, it show you a list of IP address, but without any indication like x.x.x.11 is A.

    hi,

    first thing ASTARO asked the customers if they want to have it in V7 - we all wait for the beta.

    second thing if you have an internal dns-server you could use an external syslogdeamon like kiwi - it will do it for you.
