Yes, thats one of 5 numbers I got from t-online. Trouble is, they change on the fly, for the regular customers. And normaly a router would adapt the new MTU, but Astaro is a little "stuburn" on this matter. [;)]
hi, i am new to astaro, but before i have used a Debian box as firewall/router, and there i got 1492 setup, and i never got problems. i am a 24h onliner and got till now only connection problems, when a thunder hits the powerlines and i got now power.
Also till now i have no problems while using the internet with 1492, but i got another problem, that my astaro gets offline after 2 days online. Perhaps astaro got there a little problem, but i dont know right now.
