BRING BACK POWER USERS!
Dear Astaro,
I have been using this product for the last 4 years now, and nothing comes close to it for me as a power user in my home. I have HUGE issues with licensing, but otherwise, I love this product and have paid for the last couple years of virus/spam updates, and have had no issues recommending this product... however..
It seems that posts to this forum have really died off over the past couple months, and Astaro doesn't have much presence here anymore at all. I know people will respond in defense of Astaro but it won't be an Astaro employee, but most likely a re-seller.
We as power users champion your product, and evangelize it not because we were suckered into paying a huge license fee, or that we are techno-lemmings, but actualy use this product and believe in it no matter our level of support. It works, and works well. I have paid and used other solutions such as ClarkConnect, and have actually had to ask for a refund, because they are the second best solution I have found for SOHO/home, and don't have the level of control I need for my network in my home!!!
Anyhow, I have obviously started ranting... Please reply, and feel free to let the rest of us know how other users feel in this thread. [:)]
