locked out from webadmin

when I activing a new interface by clicking the red button, I was locked out from webadmin. I test it for 5 times. anybody have same problem?

    Don't be angry, be constructive !!

    Sure, this can happen, if you accidently configure the new interface in the same IP subnet than the internal one.
    The board memebers could help you, if you'd post some more technical information:
    What IP config for internal interface
    What IP config for new interface ?
    etc.

    internal:192.168.1.5 255.255.0.0
    new: 192.168.2.5 255.255.0.0
    is it possible to reconfigure the interfaces from ssh?

    There's the mistake:

    Change subnet mask from 255.255.0.0 to 255.255.255.0 and you're done !!

    Yes, you can reconfigure from SSH.
    Haven't done it for a long time, i think it is under /etc/wfe/conf/itf.conf

    Dear Friend,

    I agree with Mr. KK that both 192.168.1.5/255.255.0.0 and 192.168.2.5/255.255.0.0 are belong to the same network

    How are you going to do the firewall, routing and nating if you have one network.

    I have seen this issue when I get started with ASTARO.

    Yes, the subnet mask is the problem.

    Another option if you have a backup of your configuration is to do a factory reset (Note: this will wipe out your configuration). As mentioned  
    here you can do this from the console or via SSH as root by entering

      Code:
     /etc/init.d/factoryreset reset
