Astaro service levels falling?

We used to get fast replies from Astaro reps on the forums.  Have been trying to help Ali for over a week now with issue with his Cobion Surf Protection without luck.

We've been told there is a bug, which is being worked on, but we have tried multiple versions of ASL without luck.  (So find the bug thing a little weird unless it's connection specific somehow).

Have tried different hardware and two different net connections.

Yes, he's only evaluating the software but some more assistance would be nice.

    I've been told by Astaro support that they do not actively monitor the forums. If you want to get a response from Astaro support, you should file a report under my.astaro.com.

    It's too bad, it'd be nice to have someone from Astaro watching the boards at least periodically, there's a lot of real bugs filed in here where it's easy for customers to search and find problems.

    Yes, it's not official support here.  However, staff used to keep a very close eye on the boards with frequent help offered.
    In fact, I would say, without these forums promoting ASL and the community that developed Astaro would not be where it is today.

    Anyway I just hope the bugfix comes out shortly and fixes the issue.

    I hope, too. Bugfix for Download and Cobion Server error.

    Although an 3 month old pppoe bug when using HA is not fixed. I am still waiting but nothing happens for about 4 weeks. I am quite disapointed and I had to explain these error several times to my boss. He might want me to get something else, and I will have a problem, cause I decided to buy Astaro. Very bad situation.
