We used to get fast replies from Astaro reps on the forums. Have been trying to help Ali for over a week now with issue with his Cobion Surf Protection without luck.
We've been told there is a bug, which is being worked on, but we have tried multiple versions of ASL without luck. (So find the bug thing a little weird unless it's connection specific somehow).
Have tried different hardware and two different net connections.
Yes, he's only evaluating the software but some more assistance would be nice.
