What is a difference between licenses?

There are two licenses:
Astaro Security Linux Software Conc. Connec-tions Base License 50
and
Astaro Security Linux Software One-time Li-cense Base License 50.

There is a big difference in the price.
What is a difference between them?

There is only supposed to be one price for the 50 user, 128000 concurrent connection license.

Their is usuall an initial purchase price, and then a maintainence & support renewal price for each subsequent year.
