renew or upgrade a license

Hi everybody,
I have a old enterprise-home-user license and my  license for Intrusion Protection will expire in 7 days.
I can't renew anything , why?
On the top of my astaro license page there is a button asking to convert with a base license my old one, but with no High-Avalab. , why?
Does ASTARO change the policies of the license ?
Any help should be appreciate.
